You should aim for more stylization, and less realism for the models as I find they hit the valley of got the details, but too realistic. Not bad work, I don't do 3D modeling, despite basically used to working with 3D Planes when digitally painting. Try to make it more anime-like or cartoon-like. I never care for realism... That's kind of why I go for typically illustration, but I have seen stylized 3D models that look nice.

I don't expect 3D artists to do 2D art as efficiently, so I do cut slack.
