You winged this art style of the rockman series perfectly, on the wing man as it looks like Rockman World V's art style + Rockman X.

Quality over quantity... When it comes to backgrounds... I say please lower the horizon line. Another, you maybe limited if it is a mobile device? I am not sure what platform you worked on it on if it is a phone or a home computer, but When it comes to backgrounds. The very back of it can be a mix of the two hues. I hope you please stop rushing! <:X It can kill a digital painting. For the the palette, I recommend could have went full monochromatic with the hue if wanted to make a dark evil feel, any grey-like color if you were using red, then it would immediately jump to a green-looking. ...

The rocks should point somewhere like all of them indirectly point towards the rock to the crack in the center. Try experimenting with composition and shape language. I always recommend a brush that has some odd edge to it. They are two approaches to make hard edges for it. Using change in the darkness, or using a new layer check off, paint some silhouette, then go to the layer where you see a checker board... It will be called Alpha Lock. You will immediate access whatever edits you want to do with it, it allows easier transparencies. Lowering the horizon line, a bit more rocks and possibly trees would help fill this immediately.
