It's so odd to see such a de-saturated version her design compared to your 2020. It's such a shot to me. Then again I still like it.

Yea used to just use the same shading color for everything on one layer and didnt really understand much about how to make the colors stand out more so everything looked super gray.

A greate use of the FAUX rule in illustration.... Using dark de-saturation to balance it.

Very nice, it is kinda neat seeing a more realistic version of the style. Then again I love it. It seems very watercolorish.

Less saturated than usual oddly enough. I do find it still looks great as usual, but not as saturated as previous artwork... I like it, but not as much as previous.

I kept the shadow layer separately, and I didn't recolor some shadows, that's why it looks less saturated :D

The right leg is a little off and mouth are a tad off, but not bad. It's a case of stylization reference, before realistic items reference. The pokemon is based upon crocodiles, but study lizard and dinosaur hipjoints ( includes birds ). To get a better version.
