Hell to the yeah! I remember this boi on Game Gear and Megadrive/Sega genesis. From the start to the end. The line "Wanna play with me" being poorly sampled, the sampled sound being used in the level music symphony with a bird that horribly sings.

Reminds me of Akira with the tenacles or I.C.O As I remind me of that with a destoryed city and red and tentacles. Though when it comes to backgrounds, I recommend of trying should've tried to bend the shapes to put all of the attention on ugly demon man thing? Yes I did assume it's gender!

Are you saure this is shadling's work? Because this looks nothing like like a typical shadman artwork. The style is soooo different nad honestly kinda like it.
