Ah here's that one again, nice. :)
Regarding Worms, it's been so long since I tried the classic ones, but the franchise is still ongoing; the palette has no real limitations with newer ones. :) Personally Armageddon and Worms World Party are still my favorites, and it's not so difficult to add in your own levels based upon images like this! You basically have one layer with the image and one with the layers - which parts are solid and which are part of the background. Like for example above: imagine the main landscape solid, and the sky the background, it'd work perfectly. :)
If i ever get some time to spare on games again it'd be fun to try playing the game with some of your art...
